An Autumn Wedding at Mollie Aspen
An Autumn Wedding at Mollie Aspen
There are few places better than Aspen in the fall, and this wedding at Mollie landed right in the middle of all that color.
The weekend brought together their closest friends and family for a destination wedding in Aspen, along with two very important guests, their dogs Kazoo and Oslo. The whole day felt relaxed, happy and full of the people they love most.
The ceremony took place on the rooftop at Mollie, surrounded by mountain views and some of the most beautiful fall colors of the year. The florals were incredible too, with bright oranges, reds, pinks and yellows that felt perfect against the changing aspens.
Before the ceremony, we headed out into the mountains for private vows and a little time together before everyone settled in for dinner, heartfelt speeches and tiramisu for dessert.
Mostly, I just loved how happy these two were. From the first look through the end of the evening, there was an ease to the whole day that made it such a joy to photograph.
Mollie has quickly become one of my favorite places for an intimate wedding in Aspen. It feels modern without losing any of the charm of being in the mountains, and having so much of the weekend right in the heart of town makes it an especially great place for a destination wedding.
Photographed on digital and 35mm film.
