Sam was our AMAZING photographer for our small mountain wedding/elopement with close family and friends. I really wanted a film forward wedding and Sam delivered! the film photos are my favorite! He suggested a great ceremony location and he made us feel comfortable in front of the camera. Both me and my partner were not great at posing/ staging for photos and Sam helped us feel comfortable and confident.
Sam's experience really shined through as I was nervous since I had not planned all that much before hand and we had a lot of time for photos, but not a lot of structure with what to do with it.His communication before and after our wedding was fantastic. Not too much and he answered all of our questions. The photos themselves are perfect- I am thrilled!

There were no fake poses at all, everything was super natural, which really put us both at ease because we've never taken professional pictures before. Having a shoot done by Sam is really an experience and it's hard to put into words lol. We left that photoshoot feeling like we gained a friend rather than just working with a vendor. We requested a rush on some of our photos and received them in 2 DAYS! I am so happy to have these pictures that will last a lifetime. We are so pleased with our session and photos, that we intend to use him in the future. Sam, we love you and can't thank you enough!

He helped two very camera-shy people feel comfortable in front of the lense for the day and put up with all my "cliche" questions about being a photographer.
