Loveland Pass Colorado Engagement Photos at Sunset

Loveland Pass is one of my favorite locations for engagement photos in Colorado. Just over an hour from Denver and close to Breckenridge, it offers sweeping mountain views, alpine lakes, and incredible light throughout the evening.

For this session, we explored Loveland Pass and Pass Lake before hiking to one of my favorite overlooks for sunset. Visiting on a weekday meant we had much of the area to ourselves, allowing for a relaxed evening and uninterrupted mountain views. We were lucky to have calm weather, soft golden light, and a beautiful blue hour to finish the session.

This engagement session was photographed on both digital and 35mm film using a Fujifilm GFX, Fujifilm X-T4, and Leica M6. Film photographs have been added throughout the gallery alongside the digital images.
